Physician clinics
Memorial Hospital of Convese County's Physician Clinics are currently located on the fourth floor of the hospital. Our family practice, internal medicine, pediatric and OB-GYN doctors, along with our surgeons collaborate, with one another to ensure the best care possible for our patients. Many laboratory tests can be completed within the clinic exam room, and more advanced ancillary testing is conveniently located on the second floor of the hospital.
As an organization, Memorial Hospital is experiencing some growing pains of our own. We are in the process of recruiting more providers and are excited to announce the opening of a new, state-of-the-art medical office building in 2014.
The clinic is located at 111 S 5th Street in Douglas on the 4th Floor of Memorial Hospital and is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
