The Worksite Wellness program at Memorial Hospital of Converse County works with companies and individuals to create healthy solutions that benefit the entire organization. In addition to helping improve the health of employees, successful worksites reap the benefits of lower health care costs, greater productivity, less absenteeism, stronger employee morale, greater retention and larger hiring pools.
Our Worksite Wellness program looks at the entire person rather than a myopic focus on risk alone. Healthy strategies are then created and include activities that employees already have an interest in. Worksite Wellness then tailors and refines lifestyle changes over time to foster better outcomes.
