Biography:
Dr. Craig Capron, a podiatrist, is Memorial Hospital of Converse County’s newest member. He began seeing patients in December. Dr. Capron will work on bunions, hammer toe, diabetic foot exams, general foot pain, plantar warts, and other procedures.
Dr. Capron and wife, LeeAnn, are from small towns and are excited to be living in a small town again. They are particularly excited about the gymnastics program in Douglas as their daughter, Mallory, is really into gymnastics. The Capron’s have six children: Charlotte, Robert, Mallory, Daniel, Anna, and Samuel. Anything that has to do with the outdoors is appealing to the Capron’s!
Craig Capron, DPM, grew up outside of Clancy, Montana and attended medical school at Des Moines University in Iowa. Dr. Capron is very excited to be working at Memorial Hospital of Converse County because of “the very new technology available. There is no question or doubt about getting the latest technology at this hospital. Everyone, no matter which department I have visited, has been friendly. This feels like a good fit and that makes a difference.”
Dr. Capron will be traveling to Glenrock, Guernsey, Lusk, Newcastle, and Gillette as well as seeing patients in Douglas. He will be at our Glenrock clinic, Oregon Trail Rural Health Clinic, the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month from 1:00pm-4:30pm. He will be at our Guernsey clinic, Register Cliff Rural Health Clinic, the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month.
