Any of these sound familiar? Then the Fifty Shades of Beige seminar might have answers. Come to the free seminar Friday January 6th at 5:30 pm in the board room of the Memorial Hospital of Converse County main building. Dinner is included.

We will discuss the specifics of nutrition, exercise, aging and medication interactions. Facilitated by Kim Pexton, owner of the Body Shop, certified Personal trainer with a Masters in Social Work and Kellie Clausen, FNP, a women's health practioner with over 20 years experience, and who both struggle with the same issues.
