Biography
Ashley Littleton is a Glenrock, Wyoming native. She attended Iowa State University, receiving her bachelor’s degree in Dietetics with a minor in Psychology. She also completed her internship at Iowa State University. After college, Ashley took her first post-college job on the western slope of Colorado. She later moved to Virginia, near Virginia Beach. Ashley and her husband moved back to Wyoming in 2016 when she began working at Memorial Hospital of Converse County.
As a Registered Dietician, Ashley provides inpatient nutrition counseling as well as outpatient nutrition counseling. Counseling can cover things such as heart disease, cancer therapy, obesity and diabetes. Ashley says, "My goals are to begin nutrition classes that focus on diabetes, heart healthy, and weight loss goals. I am available to answer any questions regarding nutrition recommendations or questions that patients and employees have." Ashley has enjoyed being back in Wyoming and is looking forward to serving the Douglas and Glenrock communities.
