Biography
Dr. Geoffrey Sherman is a neuropsychologist who has been practicing in Wyoming since 2008 and is board-certified in both neuropsychology and medical psychology.
Dr. Sherman received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida Southern College. He then attended Fuller Theological Seminary, where he earned two Master’s degrees in Psychology and Theology and ultimately a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. He has broad clinical training across a variety of inpatient, outpatient, residential, and correctional settings, including a postdoctoral certificate in Clinical Psychopharmacology.
Dr. Sherman is a Diplomate of the American Board of Professional Neuropsychology and a Diplomate of the American Board of Medical Psychology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Professional Neuropsychology and a Fellow of the Academy of Medical Psychology.
Dr. Sherman is an adult and geriatric neuropsychologist specializing in behavioral neurology and behavioral sleep medicine, with an emphasis in lifestyle medicine. His particular interests are in the identification, management, and prevention of mild cognitive impairment, dementia, and neurodegenerative conditions.
Dr. Sherman joined Memorial Hospital of Converse County and Central Wyoming Neurology in December 2019.
